How do I send my design?
Type your words in the box before you add it to your basket. Got a logo, photo or artwork instead? After you order we email you a private link to upload it (PNG, JPG, PDF or AI). No design yet? Tell us your idea and we'll make it for you, free.
Will I see it before you make it?
Yes. We email you a proof and nothing is made until you approve it. Want a change? Just reply and we'll tweak it.
How long does it take?
We make it in our Brighton studio and post it 3 to 5 working days after you approve your proof. UK delivery is usually 2 to 3 days after that, or pick Tracked 24 at checkout.
Can I order for a group?
Yes: hen dos, birthdays, Pride groups, drag shows, teams. Mix any colours and sizes in one order. Ordering 10 or more? Ask us for group prices.
Is there anything you won't print?
Rude is fine, cheeky is encouraged. We won't print hate, or logos and characters you don't have the rights to use.
Can I return it?
It's made just for you, so we can't take it back if you change your mind. If it's faulty or we got it wrong, we'll put it right.
