1. Overview

Certain Pinkswag products are offered under special purchase conditions, including:

  • Pre-orders
  • Limited edition or collaboration drops
  • Made-to-order items
  • Print-on-demand products
  • Personalised goods
  • Deposit-based purchases
  • Subscription-based products (if applicable)

These items may have different cancellation rights from standard in-stock products.

By purchasing such items, you agree to the terms below.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are products purchased before stock is physically available for dispatch.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

  • The estimated dispatch date is an estimate only
  • Production timelines may change
  • Delays do not automatically entitle cancellation unless statutory time limits are exceeded

Cancellation Window

Pre-orders may only be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase.

After this period:

  • Production planning may begin
  • Stock may be allocated
  • Materials may be committed

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests made after this window.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty.

3. Limited Edition & Collaboration Drops

Limited drops are produced in restricted quantities and may not be restocked.

Due to their exclusive nature:

  • Orders cannot be amended once placed
  • Cancellations may be refused after 4 hours
  • Exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited stock

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify limited products at any time.

4. Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Products

Certain items are produced specifically for your order.

Production may begin shortly after purchase.

Once production has commenced:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • Refunds for change of mind are not available

This is in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (customised goods exemption).

5. Personalised Items

Personalised products (including custom sizing, names, or design variations):

  • Cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Are non-refundable unless faulty
  • Cannot be resold due to customisation

You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details are correct at checkout.

6. Deposit-Based Purchases

Where a deposit is paid to secure a product:

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the product
  • The remaining balance must be paid by the stated deadline
  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund of deposit

7. Subscription Products (If Applicable)

If Pinkswag offers subscription services:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle
  • Cancellation after billing does not guarantee refund

You are responsible for managing your subscription settings.

8. Dispatch & Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • It cannot be cancelled
  • It must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy
  • Shipping costs remain non-refundable

9. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse excessive cancellation requests
  • Block accounts engaging in repeated cancellation behaviour
  • Cancel suspicious orders
  • Recover administrative costs associated with fraudulent disputes

Initiating a chargeback for a non-cancellable product may result in account suspension.

10. Force Majeure & Production Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Supplier issues
  • Manufacturing delays
  • Customs
  • Government restrictions
  • Force majeure events

Where significant delays occur, we will provide updates and options where legally required.

11. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • Applicable EU consumer law

Where goods are faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to a remedy.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.

The version in force at the time of purchase applies to your order
