How long until my order is sent?
Most of our merch is printed to order in our studio. We send UK orders within 2 working days (orders after 2pm count from the next working day), then Royal Mail usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
My tracking hasn't moved
Royal Mail sometimes only scans a parcel when it's delivered. If it's been more than 5 working days since we sent it, get in touch and we'll chase it.
It says delivered but I haven't got it
Check with neighbours and any safe place, and look for a card through the door. Still nothing after a day? Message us and we'll open a case with Royal Mail.
Can I change my address or order?
If it hasn't been made yet, probably! Reply to your order email or WhatsApp us as soon as you can.
I bought on Etsy, eBay or Amazon
Those orders are tracked in your account on that site, and you can message us there too.
