What's it about?
Where's my order?
Most of our merch is printed to order, so it's made just for you before it ships. When it's on its way we'll email you a tracking link. UK orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Tracked 24 if you chose Express.
Still waiting? Send us your order number (it looks like #1234SWAG) and we'll check.
Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days to ask for a return or exchange. If you've changed your mind, you pay the return postage and a 10% restocking fee comes off refunds and exchanges.
Collab and limited drops, sale items, personalised and print-on-demand items, and opened fans can only be returned if they're faulty. Faulty, damaged or the wrong item? No fee: tell us and we'll put it right.
Sizing
Our size guide picks your size from your chest measurement, for tees, vests, sweatshirts, hoodies and jerseys. Still unsure? Tell us the product and your measurements.
Custom & personalised
Ordered a custom clack fan? We'll email you a link to upload your artwork (or ask us to design it), then send a proof for you to approve before we print anything.
Wholesale
