Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
Can I return or exchange an item
Yes, f you're not 100% happy, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your most item. Just contact our support team and we’ll get it sorted.
For hygiene reasons, worn accessories and opened fans can’t be returned unless they’re faulty. Please contact us if you have any concerns. Terms and conditions apply
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are and what you order. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Some items are speciality items and may take longer to arrive to your address. If you have not received your order within 20 days then please get int touch and we can look into any issues
