This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made via www.pinkswag.com.

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

 


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Certain products may:

  • Be made-to-order
  • Be print-on-demand
  • Be collaboration items
  • Ship from alternative fulfilment locations

Processing times may vary during peak periods, product launches, or limited drops.

Dispatch timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

2. Stock Availability

We aim to keep stock levels accurate. However, discrepancies may occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we reserve the right to:

  • Partially fulfil the order and refund unavailable items
  • Offer a replacement
  • Cancel the affected item and issue a refund

Where delays occur due to supplier issues, customs delays, or circumstances outside our control, we will dispatch once stock becomes available.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight
  • Dimensions
  • Destination
  • Courier selection
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or misdescribed.

4. Multiple Shipments

Some items may ship separately and arrive at different times, particularly:

  • Limited edition products
  • Collaboration items
  • Collectibles or specialty items
  • International fulfilment stock

No additional shipping charge will apply unless stated at checkout.

5. Delivery Estimates

UK Deliveries

Estimated transit time: 2-7 business days after dispatch.

International Deliveries

Estimated transit time: 7-16 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Local postal services
  • Industrial action
  • Weather disruption
  • Force majeure events
  • We are not liable for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

6. Legal Delivery Timeframe (UK & EU Consumers)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

If delivery is not made within 30 days, you may:

  • Request a new delivery date, or
  • Cancel for a full refund if delivery still does not occur within a reasonable additional period

7. Risk & Title

Ownership of goods transfers to you once full payment is received. Risk transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If incorrect delivery information is supplied, we are not responsible for loss.

8. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If incorrect information results in:

  • Failed delivery
  • Return to sender
  • Courier redirection fees

We reserve the right to charge re-shipping fees.

Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs taxes
  • Handling fees
  • Government tariffs

These charges are not included in your order total unless explicitly stated.

We ship on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise specified.

If you refuse to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • A restocking fee may apply

We are not liable for customs delays or seizure.

10. Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will initiate a courier investigation

Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the courier confirms loss.

We reserve the right to refuse claims where tracking confirms delivery.

11. Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Refuse delivery where possible
  • Contact us within 24 hours of receipt
  • Provide photographic evidence

Failure to notify us promptly may affect your claim.

We reserve the right to investigate damage claims before issuing refunds or replacements.

12. Third-Party Carriers

We use trusted third-party carriers.

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier.

While we assist with investigations, we are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Delivery errors caused by the carrier
  • Industrial action
  • Force majeure
  • 13. Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information upon dispatch.

It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and arrange redelivery if required.

Failure to collect or rearrange delivery resulting in return to sender may incur re-shipping fees.

14. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We can ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (postal service only)
  • BFPO/military addresses (where supported by courier)

Courier services may not be available for these addresses.

15. Cancellations

Orders for made-to-order or print-on-demand items may only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.

After production begins, cancellation may not be possible. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

16. Insurance

Parcels are insured subject to courier terms.

Where loss or damage occurs, resolution is subject to the courier’s investigation process.

We reserve the right to await courier confirmation before issuing remedies.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemic
  • Supply chain disruption
  • Industrial action

18. Returns

Returns are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

19. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time.

The version in force at the time of purchase will apply.
