Stock Availability
We make every effort to keep our website's inventory accurate. However, occasional discrepancies may arise, and in such cases, we will ship the available items and notify you regarding the backordered items. You will have the option to either wait for the restocking of the backordered items or request a refund for those items.
If the item is not in stock due to an issue outside of out control (e.g. custom delay) then the item will be shipped as soon as these are received.
General Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. These charges are included in your total payment at checkout, representing the final cost of shipping.
Please Note:
- Some items may ship separately from one of multiple warehouse locations in the U.S., U.K., Europe, and Asia (collectibles/specialty items).
- Most orders are processed and shipped out in 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on the item and destination.
- Items are produced at the time of order and may be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order by contacting our Customer Service.
- Tracking is available based on items purchased.
- For international orders, Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) is not included in the final amount of your order. Pinkswag has no control over any country-specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Please check your local policies for more information.
- Pinkswag is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Order Information Accuracy: Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout to avoid re-ship fees.
Third-Party Shipping
Please be aware that some items may be shipped by third-party carriers. While we carefully select our shipping partners, Pinkswag cannot be held responsible for the actions or delays caused by these third parties. However, we will make every effort to recover and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
Delivery Timeframes
Items will be shipped as they become available, and they may arrive in different shipments and at different times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Domestic Shipping
Typically, domestic shipments are in transit for 2–7 days, depending on the courier selected. Pinkswag is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or due to industrial action. For UK customers, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your items are not delivered within 30 days of the purchase date, you are entitled to request a refund.
International Shipping
International shipments are generally in transit for 4–22 days, depending on the courier selected. We can provide a more specific estimate during checkout based on your chosen courier. Pinkswag is not responsible for any delays caused by customs, the courier, or due to industrial action.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment is received. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during regular business hours, excluding national holidays. If you need your items urgently, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but some items may be exempt from this option.
P.O. Box and Military Shipping
- P.O. Box Shipping: We can ship to P.O. box addresses using local postal services only. Courier services are not available for P.O. box deliveries.
- Military BFPO Shipping: We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for military BFPO addresses.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will promptly ship the available items and send the remaining items as soon as they become available.
Delivery Delays
If your delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate. Pinkswag will make every effort to ensure your items are delivered as quickly as possible. For UK customers, if items are not delivered within 30 days, you have the right to request a refund.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment's status with the latest updates from the shipping provider.
Damaged Parcels
If you receive a parcel that appears to be damaged in transit, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence and you discover damage, please contact us to discuss the next steps. Pinkswag cannot assume responsibility for any subsequent damage once the parcel has left our warehouse, but we will work with the courier to resolve the issue on your behalf.
Duties and Taxes
- Sales Tax: Sales tax is already included in the price of goods displayed on our website.
- Import Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are due upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by country, so we recommend familiarizing yourself with these costs before making a purchase. If you choose not to pay these duties and taxes, the merchandise will be returned to Pinkswag at your expense, and a refund will be issued for the value of the goods minus the cost of return shipping and a restock fee. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations and Returns
Pinkswag accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are not damaged, worn, washed, and are returned in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process.
Customised items are non-refundable unless they are faulty. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will process a refund or replacement once the courier's investigation is complete.
Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. If your parcel is lost or damaged, we will process a refund or replacement after the courier has completed their investigation.
