Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached and packaging. Due to the customised nature of some products, returns on personalised items are not accepted unless faulty. Please carefully review this policy before finalising your purchase.
Faulty Goods
If the goods you receive are faulty, not as described, or do not meet the specified criteria, you are entitled to a refund or exchange under UK and EU consumer protection laws. This right is in addition to your statutory rights and is unaffected by our returns policy.
Timeframe for Reporting Issues:
Please report any issues with faulty goods within 14 days of receiving your order. This will allow us to promptly address the problem and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, you must cover the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. Please contact us at hello@pinkswag.co.uk for further instructions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you are expecting a refund but have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account to ensure the refund has not already been processed.
- Contact your credit card provider as there might be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank since there may be additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Sale Items
Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds, in line with our general refund policy.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged after an investigation. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at hello@pinkswag.co.uk for further instructions.

Please note:
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). These charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- For items valued over £75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we do our best to ensure all returned items are received, we cannot guarantee their arrival without tracking or insurance.
