This Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions of Sale and applies to all purchases made via our Website.
By placing an order with Pinkswag, you agree to this policy.
1. Contact Before Returning
You must contact hello@pinkswag.com before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused and returned to sender at your cost. We do not accept liability for unauthorised returns.
2. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer purchasing within the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Failure to notify us within this period may invalidate your cancellation request.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed
- Be in original packaging
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from odours, stains, pet hair, makeup, damage or alteration
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while in your possession.
We reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If returned goods are not in a resellable condition, we may:
- Refuse the return, or
- Apply an appropriate deduction from the refund
4. Restocking & Processing Fee
For approved change of mind returns, we reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking and processing fee to cover non-refundable transaction fees, administrative costs, and handling.
This deduction does not apply to confirmed faulty or misdescribed goods.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Made to order items
- Limited edition or collaboration drops
- Print on demand items
- Opened hygiene-sensitive items
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloads
- Sale, discounted, clearance or promotional items
This is in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Sale & Promotional Items
All sale, discounted, end-of-line, promotional and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable unless faulty.
By purchasing such items, you acknowledge:
- They are sold at a reduced price
- Returns for size, preference or change of mind are not accepted
- Exchanges are not guaranteed
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or misdescribed.
7. Print, Production & Design Variations
Pinkswag products may be produced using varying garment blanks, suppliers, or production techniques depending on availability.
As such:
- Print placement may vary
- Colour tones may differ slightly
- Fabric base or garment brand may vary
- Minor sizing tolerances may apply
Website images may include mock-ups for illustration purposes. Minor variations or artwork changes do not constitute a fault and are not valid grounds for return or refund.
8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery and provide:
- Clear photographs
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We reserve the right to inspect and investigate all fault claims.
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following remedies (at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law):
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
9. Return Shipping Costs
For change of mind returns:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For confirmed faulty or misdescribed goods:

We will reimburse reasonable standard return postage after inspection and confirmation.
We strongly recommend tracked and insured shipping for returns over £75. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
10. Refund Processing
Where approved, refunds will be:
- Processed to the original payment method
- Issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods
We may withhold a refund until:
- We receive the goods, or
- You provide satisfactory proof of return
Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your card provider
- Contact your bank
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact hello@pinkswag.com.
12. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged following investigation. We do not guarantee exchanges for sizing or preference. If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
13. Fraud & Chargeback Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns showing signs of wear or misuse
- Refuse returns suspected of fraud
- Block or suspend customer accounts
- Withhold refunds pending investigation
- Dispute chargebacks and recover associated administrative costs
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in account restriction.
14. International Orders
For international returns:
- You are responsible for correct customs declarations
- Any customs duties, taxes or handling charges are non-refundable
- Customs charges incurred due to incorrect return labelling may be deducted from any refund
- If customs charges are not paid when the shipment lands in your country and is retuned to us you will be responsible for further shipping costs to resent.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
15. Alternative Dispute Resolution (EU Customers)
If you are an EU consumer and are dissatisfied with our handling of a complaint, you may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. We are not obliged to participate in ADR but may do so at our discretion.
16. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
17. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer protection law.
