We aim to handle all concerns fairly, respectfully, and transparently.

Acknowledgement

Your concern will be reviewed by the founders or a designated team member, depending on the nature of the issue.

Response & resolution

We aim to provide an initial response or update within 14 working days.
If further investigation is required, we will explain the next steps and expected timeline.

Outcome

We will clearly communicate the outcome, any actions taken, or — where applicable — an explanation if the issue does not fall within our grievance scope.
