If you choose to measure your own nails, please make sure you follow these instructions.

• Measure your nails with A SOFT TAPE MEASURE.

• Measure over the width of your nails.

• Measure in mm, from edge to edge, the widest part of your nail bed.

• Measure BOTH HANDS. Do not assume both hands are the same.

• Once you have your measurements in mm, decide which nail size is your best match for each nail from the list of sizes below.
